Who we are

What we collect when you contact us
When you send a message or a booking enquiry we keep your name, email address, phone number and the message itself so we can reply and, if you stay with us, look after your reservation. We do not sell this information and we do not use it for advertising.
3
Analytics
We measure how visitors use this site so we can improve it. When you visit, our server records the pages you view, the time and order of those views, your IP address, your browser and device type, and the site or campaign that referred you. It sets two first-party cookies, tiller_vid (kept for one year) and tiller_sid (kept for 30 minutes), to recognise repeat visits. If you send us a message or booking request, the details you enter are linked to those visits.
Raw IP addresses are deleted after 90 days. No third party receives this data and no advertising network is involved.
4
Booking
Reservations are completed through our booking provider (direct-book.com). Their privacy policy applies to the details you enter there.
5
Opting out of analytics
You can stop the analytics described above for this browser at any time. Nothing else on the site changes.
