A small house is staffed by a small team. These are the people you are most likely to meet.
We hire slowly and keep people for a long time. The front desk you check in with is, more often than not, the front desk you will check out with.
Kitchen
Anna Holm leads the kitchen with a short brigade. The menu changes every Wednesday, and almost everything on it has travelled less than two hundred miles to reach you.
Housekeeping
Run by Maria Velez, who has been with the building since the restoration. If anything about your room is amiss, she will usually have noticed it before you do.
